DDMRP is a revolutionary replenishment methodology that has taken the world by storm. In our current pressured environment for higher service levels and lower stock, this outperforms many of the older methodologies. It is a philosophy as well as a mechanism to create a more optimal inventory profile. In this session, the attendees will be introduced to the concepts and reasoning behind it. There is also a short simulation to illustrate the behaviour. The methodology is not dependent on specialised software, but can be applied using a excel model that comes free with the 2-day course. There is also an international certification that can be obtained.
This webinar is validated for 0.2 CPD credits. A CPD certificate will be issued to active SAIIE members only as well as professionally registered members from other Voluntary Associations who attend this online engagement after verification of attendance via the event platform's check-in and check-out status of each attendee.
