As a strategic HR professional with over 15 years of experience in managing the full spectrum of human resources services and functions; Chanene is accountable for the delivery and innovation of HR practices across the organization to support the achievement of business objectives underpinning functional outcomes.
Prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, she led various HR teams looking after functions including; commercial, finance, supply chain, customer service and production. As a Talent & Learning Lead, her focus was on organizational capability, as well as talent attraction & retention.
