Muzi is a well-respected and seasoned professional Industrial Engineer with over 17 years’ experience in the Financial, ICT and Public Sectors. He Co-Founded Muluma in 2014 to deliver a more holistic business engineering approach to the Corporate and Public Sectors. He has a wealth of experience and has led teams in different management roles and executive roles, such as Scrum Master / Project Manager for ABSA Home Loans Redesign Program, Project Manager for Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking Team in the PMO for delivery of compliance and regulatory projects. At Deloitte, under the Strategy and Innovation business division he was responsible for a team of 66 Process Engineers, which remains one of the largest concentrations of Industrial Engineers in Africa. In the Public Sector (SARS), he successfully delivered projects using the SDLC methodology, he was the lead process designer for SARS key portfolios, namely PAYE (Pay As You Earn), Personal Income Tax and Employment Tax Incentive.

Jeff Ashbolt has 40 years’ experience starting as consultant; journeying through business development, business development, asset management and then directing. He is a joint founder of GRC ONE and leads the business development and product strategy work. He is also a EMEA Sales Director at BusinessOptix and a Director at Silverminute. Jeff has been the executive lead for product strategy and the development of new markets for several firms, servicing Financial Services, Aviation Safety and Healthcare customers.
