This fee includes conference registration for 2 days as well as the Cocktail function on Monday, 14 October (including food and beverages) depending on the day of attendance. This fee excludes accommodation, dinner on Tuesday, 15 October and the Conference Gala dinner on Wednesday, 16 October.
Any cancellation should be done in writing to the SAIIE Administrator (conference@saiie.co.za or admin@saiie.co.za).
The following cancellation fees apply:
After 1 September 2024: 100% of fees will be forfeited
Substitutes will be accepted at a R250 administration fee. Please notify the SAIIE Administrator in writing of any such substitution (conference@saiie.co.za or admin@saiie.co.za).
Please note that no fees paid for the 2024 conference can be transferred to pay any other fees due to SAIIE (e.g. future conference fees, membership fees, SAJIE fees)
Unpaid authors/presenters will not get a slot on the conference programme and their papers will not be published in the proceedings.
